2019 Intake is going well. It is not tool late to get into one of the best One Loft Races in the country. We will be accepting birds until June 15th.
All is well at the lofts - the OLR birds are doing great - we had our first 90 degree day this past week. In anticipation, we had Adeno Zap, Medpet Entero Plus Probiotics and Ropa B Oregano products in the water leading up to that. Usuall the first hot days, the birds will drink excess water - and this can cause problems.
5 birds are missing/out of commission as of this week's hand inventory - Breeders will be notified shortly. Anyone that is missing a bird will be allowed to send a free replacement plus an extra bird (free perch) for the trouble of just sending one bird. So you can send 2 birds at no extra perch if need to replace one bird.
2019 OLD BIRD Final: Birds are en route to the 500 mile station. There were a few injured birds that were kept at home - but everything else went to the race. The race is shaping up to be faster than we would like (tailwinds expected) - but such is pigeon racing. ANY BIRD THAT COMPLETES THIS ARIZONA FEDERATION SERIES IS A CHAMPION ~!!! From 175 miles to 540 miles across the Arizona-Nevada desert in a North West direction - THIS AFTER FLYING SOUTHEAST in youngbirds across Arizona - New Mexico - Texas. This is no small feat spanning 900 miles from Nevada to Texas ~~!!! These birds are very well bred. Best of luck this weekend ~~!!
OB Results - Temple Bar AZ 245 miles winning 1,11,13,14,15,17,19,25,26,27,28,30,34,.....
We are accepting birds from NON-QUARANTINE areas of California.
We are planning to be in the Orange County area picking up birds on Wednesday April 10th - please call or email if you have birds ready and want to take advantage of the free shipping.

415 miles of Arizona-Nevada terrain - tougher than expected..... taking 2,3,4 Federation. Congrats to Geert Kolvenbag for 3rd, and Oscar DeVries for 4th Federation.... Well done gents ~~!! Heavy losses again in the Fed ..... tough course !
2019 OLR birds are doing well ~! 383+ reserved perches and a growing reservation list - we will accept birds through the end of May and any replacements through middle of June.
Best of luck in the series ~~!
Last week's results: Great race taking 1,2,4, 8, 9 in Federation 855 birds, 358 miles..... as we head in to what I call the Championship rounds - 400, 250 and 500 mile races to go ~!!
All is well and healthy at the loft ~! We are at 103 birds in the loft - with about 450 expected this year and a growing reservation list. Thanks for your support and confidence.
OB Race Results: As expected 15-25 mph tailwinds for the first 150 miles and 15-25 mph headwinds for the last 120 miles - leading to a short-enders taking the top positions. Us being on the long end made for a long day - but the birds pulled through with only 1 bird missing out of 60. Congrats to our newest 2019 ACD entrant (Chris and Rienzi Popa) on the short end for cleaning up the top 4 positions.
Federation results below:
All birds appear healthy - they spend most of their time in the aviaries - constant supply of Versele Laga All N One and with one of the best feed you can find anywhere. Ropa-B and Probiotics routinely to get the gut healthy.
All birds are vaccinated on arrival with PMV - unless you specify that they have already been vaccinated at least once.
Best of luck in the series and thanks for you confidence ~~!
Your birds get to fly in our Arizona Federation if you leave them after the ACD series in YBs...
Back on top this week after my absence at the lofts last week -
245 miles TEMPLE BAR - CONGRATS TO THE TOP BIRDS beating the Irish birds this week ~~!!
2019 Entries are coming in - and the entrants list keeps adding daily due to lot of the big OLRs being full and some uncertainty with the California shipping/quarantine issues. Our capacity is 800 - FYI.
Old Birds update:
We are back on top of the sheet this week after not being here last week due to unforeseen travel. Here are the results of last week 180 mile YUCCA.
