| 1 | There will be a 5 bird limit plus 1 FREE Backup (1 team ) per Breeder. 5 bird teams plus one free backup(6 birds total) --- $525 --- Send any less and Fee is still $525. |
| 2 | PERCH FEES: 5 birds + 1 Backup for $525. Perch Fees are non-refundable and must be sent with your entries. Perch Fees can be paid in advance to reserve your spots. PERCH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.TBC NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF BIRDS DUE TO ILLNESS, INJURY OR NOT RETURNING FROM TRAINING TOSSES AND OR SETTLING PROCESS. |
| 3 | TBC will only be accepting birds from February 15th through May 15th and replacements through June 15th. |
| 4 | Entry fee of $300 ber bird due no later than 2 weeks before the 350 Mile Race. |
| 5 | All Entry Fees will go toward Prizes. Entry will be refunded if bird is lost prior to the 350 Mile Race. |
| 6 | Our race is planned for the East Course from Battle Mountain Nevada. Adjustments to distance may be made depending on weather conditions. |
| 7 | All Birds belong to Breeders/Owners. No Buybacks, No Auctions. |
| 8 | All returning birds will be returned at Owner's expense. |
| 9 | Must be 21 years of age to enter. |
| 10 | TBC will not be responsible for birds lost as a result of unforseen circumstances. |
| 11 | Loft Manager Mike Cambra reserves the right to make all decisions. |
| 12 | Mike Cambra reserves the right to refuse entry to any Breeder at his discretion. |
| 13 | All birds that do not have Entry Fee paid the night of shipping become the property of TBC and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Breeder must enter all birds and cannot cherry pick his entries. |
| 14 | Prize money will be computed on the number of birds paid. |
| 15 | All birds will be vaccinated for PMV and their 8, 9, 10th flights will be cut and pulled. |
| 16 | The Loft Manager Mike Cambra is not permitted to enter any birds in the races. |
| 17 | Wincompanion will be used for 'Live Clocking' but the clock will control the race. |
| 18 | Training and inventories will be posted on Wincompanion. |
| 19 | A completed IRS (W-9 Form) will be required prior to awarding any prizes valued at $600.00 or more. Such awards will reported as required by IRS regulations. |
| 20 | All checks will be made out to SCRPC |
| 21 | First drop splits prizes equally, all prizes therafter will be paid by clocking order. Ties in the clock will split prizes equally. |
| 22 | BREEDERS THAT LOSE ALL THEIR BIRDS BEFORE THE FIRST RACE WILL BE GIVEN A FREE PERCH FEE FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR. (5 BIRDS + 1 BACKUP.) |
| 23 | THERE WILL BE NO HANDLING OF BIRDS AT ANYTIME INCLUDING SHIPPING NIGHT. EXCEPT BY TBC TEAM. |
