FINAL RACE SATURDAY DECEMBER 17TH! Breeders,

The final race will be flown tomorrow from Pauls Valley OK and be released at 8:00 am.

For the breeders that are going to be able to come and watch the race, the gates will open at 10:00 am.  All parking will be in the front pasture.  Please bring a chair.  We will be serving a BBQ lunch around 11:30 am.  

The live only pigeon auction will begin around noon.  Nanez Family Loft sent 12 premium pigeons for the sale with pedigrees.  They will be on display.  NOTE: If you let a pigeon loose you buy it.

We look forward to seeing everyone that is able to make the trip and wish the best of luck to all the breeders that have a bird(s) in the final race!

We humbly say thank you to all who trusted us with their birds and all the support that was given throughout the race series.

NOTE: Just a reminder about Rule #29-Birds not claimed 7 days after the last race (tomorrow's race the 350 final) will become the property of Texas Dash for Cash OLR.

With all that said, remember that we are offering an optional PrimaLac 400 mile race. We would like to plan on having the optional Primalac 400 mile race somewhere between Jan 14 and the 21st.  This would allow you breeeders Christmas week to get us your list of the birds you want shipped home to send back to the PrimaLac 400 mile race. This also would allow us time to sort the birds and get them trained for the PrimaLac 400 race. Again breeders, please let us know by the 23rd of December on which birds you plan on sending to the PrimaLac 400. Please notify us as quickly as possible via EMAIL only.  Messages sent via text or messenger may be missed.  Our email address is txdashforcasholr@gmail.com
Breeders for birds you do not want shipped back, we are trying to host a 4H outreach program with Central Texas youth and we may donate some of the left over birds to these young people to help them get their programs started.

300 MILES FROM MARIETTA OK Breeders,

The 4th race of the series, the 300 mile race from Marietta OK is happening tomorrow!  It will be a tough race but we are confident that the birds are ready for this race.

We are still planning on having the final race on December 17th.  Please RSVP if you and guests are planning to join us so we can plan accordingly.  Just a reminder that we are also having a live in person only auction of approximately 12 pigeons from the Nanez Family Loft.  We have some other activities planned as well.  If you have Facebook please go to the TX Dash for Cash OLR page for daily updates if you can. We are still planning on having the PrimaLac 400 race we will post updates as it gets closer.

RACE 3 250 MILES Race 3 250 miles from Denton Texas is tomorrow! Weather forecast predicts tail winds for tomorrow's race.  Weather for the next few days after tomorrow is not ideal due to rain and fog forecasted for the next several days so tomorrow is the best day to send the birds.  

Payouts for this race are as follows:

1st place $1,000
2nd place        $   800
3rd place         $   700

200 MILE RACE CANCELLED FOR TOMORROW Breeders,

The weather is not cooperating at all. We are having to cancel the 200 mile race that was scheduled for tomorrow. We are looking for the next best day to have this race and will keep you updated.
