we are planning to have the first 150 mi race on wednesday if the weanther is good

the forecast for the next 2 days is rain, in fact it's sprinkling now.  we tossed the birds at 30 mi  last thursday but the wind has been so high the last few days (25-50) so we have just been loft flying

we will do a 75 mi . toss and then the activation toss asap,   (winds too high today)  so you may start sending in your perch/race fees anytime,  if your bird does not make the first race of 150 mi.   your race fee will be returned.

HE GUYS/GALS

THIS MORNING WE LOADED THE BIRDS AND TOOK THEM A SHORT WAYS DOWN THE ROAD.   RELEASED THEM IN 3 GROUPS.

THEY HAD A HEADWIND BUT IT DIDN'T SEEM TO BOTHER THEM, THEY HEADED RIGHT HOME.   I DIDN'T HOOKK UP THE CLOCK  AND PROBABLY WON'T UNTIL THEY GET OUT  A LITTLE FARTHER.  

JUST WANTED YOU ALL TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AT LUCKY 17  (  VERY HOT TODAY)

We ran the birds in the training crates this morning for the first time, some are still mounting around head/neck so we are waiting 

for that to complete before we start training.  we will continu the crate training every day until training starts

hello fanciers

the birds are being given free loft for the next few days as dove season is here. 

the birds look good  and i found a couple chips missing so i have re-chip them

it is pretty humid today as we had some rain yesterday,  but we sure needed it

we will begin training the birds to load in the crates soon  and start training as 

soon as we feel the weather is ok
