LATE HATCH 7 RACE SERIES YEARLING SERIES. YB RACE UPDATE

The birds health is coming into peak form. Will start road training August 1st.  We will do a hand counting and missing bird update at that time and pulling the 10th flight.  The whole team will be on full flights by the activation race. The ninth flight is coming in nicely.  The birds are flying high and fast and at times swooping down low and fast. The birds are on respiratory treatment for 2 weeks before Road training.  I have witnessed many birds collide at high speed head on in big flocks. Some birds have been severely injured and even killed in these collisions. I have also witnessed when they are in big flocks about a mile away from The Loft swoop down through Power Line areas and have had many birds killed or had their wings nearly torn off. Hopefully they will learn as they will have to learn to travel through states to avoid these things. Along with other obstacles.  The great news is you get to replace your bird free next young Bird Season or you can replace it with the yearling series for an additional $30 at this time.  I put these injured birds in their own quarantine room up in the Loft. I will let anybody know that would like their bird returned if it is unable to fly the race due to injury. Also if you would like to replace the bird you can replace it at this time to enter the yearling series by paying only the $30 difference in perch fee if you choose.  You can also wait till next winter 2025 and send a replacement for next year's young bird series if you choose that option. We guarantee a one-time replacement of all birds that are unable to go to the first race. If you have questions on this please email me call me or text me. Thank you for the support . See below for other information about our race series. We also are having a low temperature and low humidity stretch for the next 10 days.  Temps in the 70s and low 80s. This will help the birds stamina its the perfect  weather adding longer flight and routing times before Road training.

LATE HATCHES ARE ROLLING IN.  TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A 7 RACE SERIES

Almost all chip erings are fixed. We have only 1 bird left that needs rechipped. Thank you to Zimmermann with Benzing he's a great man with a great mind!. We will also post your late hatch arrivals with videos on Facebook for anyone participating in next year's yearling race spring of 2025.

All birds have the 9th flight pulled. All birds have be sprayed for mites and all birds received 1 yellow drop in the throat. We did inventory and have 236 eligible birds. The bords that are not scanning are being re-eringed. One final import into Benzing this coming week will resolve birds that are not scanning. I handled every bird personally during the flight pull and I will say these birds feel incredible. I am extremely happy with were we are on the birds health. Many people have wondered if their birds are still alive. For most yes. You will see them shortly after fixing erings. Temps have been over 100 with humidity so I'm minimizing Contact with the birds. I always do what's best for the birds first. We've been doing some flock treatments as well. The birds are starting to stay up and I will be posting some more videos on Facebook soon. Thank you for your support and patience. The old saying patience is a virtue.
