RULES

  1. All birds will be vaccinated with PMV and dewormed internally and externally as they enter during 15 days (minimum) before crossing the adapting area.
  2. Ship your birds the most healthiest as you can and between Mondays and Tuesdays that way birds can arrive between Wednesday-Friday.
  3. Make sure to write your full name, phone number and address clearly on the mailing box
  4. Payment of perch fee needs to arrive with the bird (Non-refundable) this is used for bird care in general
  5. Perch fee is $100 per bird 6 perches for $500
  6. Activation fee is $250 per bird which 20% goes to handler,after the first 100 miles of training. After the 100 miles we will contact each breeder to let them know about the limit of 10 days of Activation, if you haven't activated your birds between the 10 days it will become Kankakee Perch OLR property.
  7. Each breeder can send 1 extra bird as replacement, if your bird makes it all the way through the Activation process you will have to pay perch and activation fee for replacement bird and the bird will be added to your group.
  8. Races will be between September and October

  9. We will have 5 races:

    1st race is 100 miles

    2nd race is 150 miles

    3rd race is 200 miles

    4th race is 250 miles

    5th race is 350 miles

  10. WE WILL BE RACING ACCORDING TO WEATHER, meaning if weather is not good we will move the race for when the weather permits. Examples: too windy,foggy,rain etc... For any questions you contact me at : Kankakee Perch OLR Call or text (312)342-3976 Email: kankakeeperch@gmail.com training
  11. All birds on race will be motivated the same way as I do everyday in regular trainings.
  12. Measurements of Loft are: 10 feet wide (interior) 14 feet wide(exterior) x 10 and a half feet tall (interior)13 feet tall exterior)× 70 feet long
  13. Capacity will be of 500 birds.
  14. I will work with the #9 and #10 feathers on ALL birds
  15. I am a member of the Chicago Combine in the Southside Club
  16. Unactivated birds can be sold to other Breeders
  17. Last race will be by the drop
  18. The Dark System will be used
