Some may or may not know that on Saturday March 2nd, Renae Poole, daughter of Fred & Sharon Smeltzer lost her husband Mike to a cancer. Mike was 51 yrs old and fought a long hard battle for many years. As we all know, Fred and Sharon have been friends to many in the pigeon sport for many, many years, and have supported many fundraisers on the iPigeon site over the years. Mike & Deb Ganus are organizing a fundraiser on behalf of Renae. Please read the attached letter below from Mike & Deb regarding an auction. The auction will run through the end of March and all proceeds will be donated directly to Renae. In support of the fundraising auction, we are sharing this letter from Mike & Deb in hopes of showing Renae and the Smeltzer Family support through this very difficult time.
