Due to the weather, we had to flag the birds yesterday. 

We tossed the birds from 8 miles today. They beat us home.

The last bird on the clock was one of the very first birds. It was missed during the mass clocking. We clocked it when we ran the birds back over the antennas. The the last birds came home in good time, but stayed out for a while.

We have determined our expansion module is good. We plan to hook it back up for our next toss. I ordered 2 extra ones in case we need them in the future.

We tossed the birds from 5 miles again today. All but 1 bird came home quickly. We had 2 birds that stayed outside for a while. We are missing 1 bird.

The next toss will be 8 miles.

We tossed the birds from 5 miles today. The 2 birds that clocked in at 298 and 299 were not late. They were among the very first birds. They were missed by the clock. We have an expansion module that wasn't working and the mass trapping allowed these 2 birds to be missed. We had 2 birds that stayed out even longer than some of the others today. I think the last bird was one of these.

We will know tomorrow if the expansion module is bad or if the plug-in cord is bad. Either way I will order a couple of extra expansion modules on Monday. 

We tossed the birds from 3 Miles again today (Friday). As usual, some birds sat out on the loft and played.

Our bird that was missing from yesterday's toss wasn't here this morning, but did return with the birds.

Our next toss will be 5 miles.

We've had rain and clouds every day until today. Yesterday we had fog all morning. We have been able to flag the birds in between the rain each day.

We tossed the birds from 3 miles today. We had 15-30 mph winds, but we had to take advantage of the sun.

We are missing 1 bird at this time.

We've had heavy clouds and some rain the last few days. We've been able to flag the birds every day but the conditions have been too bad for tosses.

We keep having cloudy days with some rain. We have been able to flag the birds almost every day. They are all staying up until we call them in.

Today was a beautiful day so we tossed from 2 miles again.

The birds that are clocking consistently late are not late at all. These birds stay out and loft-fly when they arrive with the other birds. This will change once we get out a lot further.
