Hello Breeders, Monday the 23rd looks like the best day to have the 250M sprint series final. The birds will be liberated 7:40-7:45 into a 5-7 MPH headwind much like the first two races of the series. They have had two good TT at 48M and 71M today. Hello Breeders due to the heat wave we are going to have tomorrow. The temperatures are going to hit 92. We have decided to postpone the race until we have a little bit cooler weather. Will keep training the bird in the mornings while it's cool.Thank you, Rex
Hello Breeders, The predicted weather forecast is strong North winds. We have decided to shoot for Monday to race the 200M. They should have an easy day. We will continue to monitor for Sunday. We still have a lot of racing ahead of us with the 250, 325 and the optional 416. Good luck to everyone.
Hello Breeders, I made a mistake on the first race with the knock out competition, My apologies. To avoid running out of birds still in the KO for the final race we have decided to start the competition with the 150M race that we just completed. The top 33% of birds will advance to the 200M race and this cycle will continue through the 325M final race. Each week the top 33% of the KO birds only will advance. Again sorry for the inconvenience This is our first year offering the competition, moving forward we would like to wish everyone good luck in the remainder of the series. The forecast for the 200M race looks to be a fast one. We Usually have a fast one during the series and this looks the race. We will not race on Saturday due to the Eclipse but the forecast has the wind out of the North most of the week, a lot can change between now and then. Happy flying! Semper Fi, Rex

Congrats to the Breeders your birds had a fantastic Activation in a stout headwind winning speeds were 1287YPM We released 395 birds and Activated 384 Birds giving us a 97% return rate. Not as good as the past 5 yrs but close hats off to the breeders.
Weather permitting we will start road training again tomorrrow to keep the birds sharp physically and mentally. lots of questions on when the next race is.
